while it's beautiful jewlery, I bought two of these labrets for my angel bites and already lost one gem and it's rare for my jewlery to be unscrewing so much. I was constantly retightening and checking on these, and, I regret not taking a photo, but they were leaving my skin green. May be on me for not checking that these are not stainless steel or some other sort of medical grade metal, but these will definitely oxidize, and probably shouldn't be sold or advertised at all for piercings that will definitely make contact with skin. Wish I took photos of the greening but I lost the jewlery before I got the chance to.
