I would recommend getting larger than 6mm....

I would recommend getting larger than 6mm. I couldn't clasp it on my ear this small, and the charm fell off repeatedly while trying to put in my ear.

I bought a 6mm and an 8mm. The 8mm is a go...

I bought a 6mm and an 8mm. The 8mm is a good size and looks good with the charm. The 6mm is too small for my ear. The charms fall off easily, so be careful. Mine fell down the sink immediately while trying to put in my ear and we had to take the sink apart to retrieve it.
